Flexicoat (66110)
Flexicoat is a one pack roof coating. It provides a highly flexible waterproof
coating with excellent weather resistance. TERRACO Flexicoat has long life
flexibility and is ideally suitable for use in areas with extreme climatic
conditions. It is applied by brush or spray and after drying can be walked upon
uncovered.
Silcoat WB (66320)
Silcoat WB is a specially formulated water repellent for building facades and
is based on innovative water-borne technology. The product is environmentally
friendly as the carrier solvent is water, where as in previous generations of
water repellent mineral spirits were required as a carrier. Silcoat WB
penetrates deep into the substrate and protects the building from the damaging
effects of water. It extends the life and preserves the appearances of above
ground exterior masonry.
Weathercoat (Resin - Powder White - Powder Grey) (66210 -
76115 - 76110)
Weathercoat is a flexible, two component permanent waterproofing system.
Weathercoat Resin (acrylic base) and Weathercoat Powder (cement base) to be
mixed on site will adhere to sound new or old surfaces of concrete, asbestos,
bitumen, tiles (such as terrazzo), granite, etc. TERRACO Weathercoat has
long-life flexibility and is ideally suited for use in areas with extreme
climatic conditions. After drying it can be walked upon uncovered. Applied
Weathercoat has high resistance to chemical attack, atmospheric pollution and
U.V. light.
Weathercoat SP
Weathercoat SP is an economical, permanent waterproofing system for roofs and
facades. The system will adhere to new and old surfaces of concrete, masonry
screeds, plaster, and tiles. Weathercoat SP has long life flexibility and is
ideally suited for use in areas with extreme climatic conditions.
