6. Wood Stain and Coatings

Timberstain (62620)
TimberStain is a water based wood dye used for staining wood prior to
application of TimberLac or DiamondGlaze. It is available in a range of seven
attractive wood tones and can be overcoated in 2 hours. Application is easy and
clean-up is with water.
Timberlac (Gloss - Matt - Satin) (62610 - 62612 -
62614)
TimberLac is an interior acrylic wood varnish which is both easy to use and
quick drying. TimberLac is available as a clear finish in gloss, satin and
matt. If colour is required TimberStain is first used to stain the wood, after
which TimberLac is applied in 2 to 3 coats. The full job can be completed in 1
day due to its fast drying nature. Clean-up is with water.
Fenceshield (Standard - Plus) (61870 - 61872)
TERRACO FenceShield provides excellent decorative protection for all rough sawn
garden timbers. FenceShield is an environmentally friendly alternative to
creosote. It is available in an attractive range of translucent natural wood
colours and tools are easily cleaned with water. TERRACO FenceShield is also
available in a fortified version called FenceShield Plus which has additional
wood preserving characteristics.
Timberguard (Gloss - Satin - Matt) (61850 - 61852 -
61854)
TERRACO TimberGuard is a high build wood finish for protection of exterior
timber. TERRACO TimberGuard is available in a range of translucent natural wood
colours and in three sheens; gloss, satin and matt. TERRACO TimberGuard
contains fungicides to protect the surface from fungal and algal contamination.
TERRACO TimberGuard gives exterior wood 5 year protection against all types of
weather and the suns harmful ultra-violet rays. It is easy to apply and is
touch dry in 1 hour and can be re-coated in 2 to 4 hours.
Timbershield (Gloss - Satin - Matt) (61860 - 61862 -
61864)
TimberShield is an exterior grade finish designed to protect and decorate. It
is available in a range of translucent natural wood colours and in three
sheens; gloss, satin and matt. TimberShield is a water based acrylic coating
which can be re-coated in 4 hours.
Diamondglaze (Gloss - Satin - Matt) (67210 - 67212 -
67214)
DiamondGlaze is a highly durable interior polyurethane wood lacquer. It is
designed for use on interior wood surfaces subject to heavy wear such as
floors, stairs, worktops, etc. DiamondGlaze is available as clear in gloss,
satin and matt. When colour is required, TimberStain is used to stain the wood
prior to application of 2 to 3 coats of DiamondGlaze. DiamondGlaze is easy to
apply and clean-up is with water.
