4. Concrete Repair Mortars

Terraroc MC (77210)
Terraroc MC is a high performance shrinkage compensated micro-concrete for
partial or total replacement of deteriorated concrete. Because of its excellent
fluidity, it is suitable for congested areas where steel reinforcements make
access difficult.
Terraroc MBR (77230)
Terraroc MBR is a specially formulated repair mortar for permanent repair of
all types of concrete. It is designed for application in layers of up to 50mm
on vertical surfaces and 30mm in overhead applications. Terraroc MBR is
shrinkage compensated and is spray-able, enabling fast repairs.
Terraroc PMR (77240)
Terraroc PMR is a high strength structural repair mortar which is suitable for
use for repairing all types of concrete. Terraroc PMR is polymer modified to
ensure excellent adhesion. Terraroc PMR is shrinkage compensated and is
suitable for repairs up to 50mm on vertical surfaces and 30mm on overhead
situations. Terraroc PMR is suitable for spray application.
Terraroc HBR (77220)
Terraroc HBR is a high build polymer modified repair mortar with fibre
reinforcement suitable for concrete repairs up to 80 mm on vertical surfaces
and 40mm in overhead applications. Terraroc HBR is shrinkage compensated and is
spray-able enabling fast repairs.
Terraroc FC (77250)
Terraroc FC is a finish coat rendering compound designed for use to reface
concrete after repair. It is used as the final coat in the TERRACO concrete
repair system but can also be used independently as an up to 3mm thick-render
on concrete.
